The Tuneus training model utilizes concepts from a variety of modalities: functional training, Yoga, Pilates, foundation training, primal pattern training, somatics, kettlebells, TRX, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. Focusing on bringing balance to the body, each routine is designed  specifically for you, your body, and your needs. Your customized routine is designed to bring your body back in vital balance, improving all the core aspects of physical fitness:

Private & Semi-private Training Rates

Private:

  • Single Session – $75
  • 10 Pack – $70/Session (700 Total)
  • 20 Pack – $65/Session (1300 Total)

Semi-Private:

  • 2 People – $45/Person 
  • 3 People – $40/Person
  • 4 People – $35/Person
